Syntrus Achmea supports fund administrations in a wide range of areas, from fiduciary advice and management to day-to-day implementation. These diverse disciplines have been placed in different business units. Together, they offer employment to approximately 1,500 members of staff.  

Aiming for specialities
Syntrus Achmea has opted for an organisational structure with different boards, each of which can fully concentrate on their specialities. Strategic pension management for instance focuses on fiduciary advice, Asset Management and Real Estate focus on asset management, and Pension Management on the most efficient implementation. 

At the same time, we do of course also pay a lot of attention to internal coherence and coordination. Externally, the services of the various business units are made accessible by Commerce.
