Syntrus Achmea forms part of Achmea, an international financial service provider with Dutch roots.

Unit of Achmea
Achmea has its registered office in the Netherlands (Zeist) and operates in twelve European countries. Other units can be found in for instance Ireland, Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria and Romania.

Shareholders of Achmea
The association Achmea holds 65.3percent of the shares in Achmea BV, the Rabobank holds 29.3 percent. The remaining 5.4 percent is held by a number of smaller shareholders. Achmea is not a listed company. For more information, please visit www.achmea.com.
